Return & Exchange Policy

Return Policy

We offer a 10-day return window, meaning you have 10 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Please Note:

• SALE products cannot be exchanged or returned.

• Broken or unsealed products are not eligible for return or exchange.

• Accessories are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Return Eligibility

• Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in the same condition as received.

• All original tags and packaging must remain intact.

• Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is mandatory.

• For defective products, clear parcel-opening videos or images are required.

• If an incomplete product is received, a full unboxing video must be provided for investigation and resolution.

Refund Method (Gift Voucher Only)

Once your return is approved and successfully inspected, a Gift Voucher equivalent to the returned item’s value will be issued.

• The Gift Voucher will be valid for 1 year from the date of issue.

• It can be redeemed on our website for future purchases.

• No refunds will be issued in cash or to the original payment method (including bank or card payments).

How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, contact us via email at care.womelle@gmail.com within the 10-day return period. If accepted, our team will share return instructions and shipping details.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers or plants), customised or personalised products, and personal-care items (such as beauty and hygiene products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases.

Unfortunately, SALE items and gift cards are also non-returnable.

Exchange Policy

Product Accuracy & Quality Assurance

We aim to ensure all product listings are as accurate and detailed as possible. Every order undergoes multi-layered quality checks prior to dispatch to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.

Exchange Eligibility

• Exchanges apply to Domestic Orders within India only.

• Items must be unused, unworn and unwashed, with original packaging and tags intact.

• Bags, jewellery and home-decor items are non-exchangeable unless received defective.

• We do not accept exchange requests based on minor colour variations, fabric-feel differences or material expectations.

• Each item is eligible for a return or exchange request once only.

• The product can be exchanged or returned only once per order.

Exchange Limit

An item is eligible for return or exchange one time only. Only one exchange request per order will be accepted.

Exchange Process

1. Request Submission: Contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery via email at care.womelle@gmail.com or call +91-9354052295. Alternatively, you may submit your exchange request directly via our website.

2. Direct Shipping (Optional): If you choose to return the item yourself, our team will provide the shipping address. Once dispatched, please share the AWB number, courier company name and POD. Kindly use reputable courier partners, as we are not liable for any loss or damage during transit.

3. Reverse Pickup: Once applicable payment is received, our team will arrange a reverse pickup.

4. Inspection & Replacement: After receiving and inspecting the product, the requested size will be dispatched within 7–10 working days.

5. Size Unavailability: If the requested size is unavailable, a Credit Note will be issued for the item value, valid for 90 days.

6. Alternative Resolution: If the exchanged size is out of stock, a Credit Note will be issued for the full item value, valid for 90 days.

7. Exchange Restriction: Only one exchange per order is allowed. If the new size is unavailable, a Credit Note will be issued for the full amount, valid for 90 days.

Cancellation Policy

Customer Cancellations

• Both prepaid and COD orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.

• A Credit Note or product replacement of equal value can be issued upon request.

• Submit cancellation requests via email to care.womelle@gmail.com or call +91-9354052295.

Womelle-Initiated Cancellations

We reserve the right to cancel orders due to material unavailability, incorrect listings or suspected fraudulent activity. Customers will be informed via email. For prepaid orders cancelled by us, the full amount will be refunded to the registered bank account.

Cancellation Charges

• Cancellations on prepaid orders after placement will incur a 2–3% deduction towards payment-gateway fees.

International Orders

• No exchanges, returns or cancellations apply to international orders.

• For size guidance, please contact us before placing your order.

Credit Note Validity

• Credit Notes issued for cancellations or exchanges remain valid for 90 days.

Shipping Policy

We offer free delivery on all products across India, as well as free worldwide shipping on all international orders over USD 120.

Order Dispatch Timeline

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 working days from the date the customer places the order.

International Delivery

All international orders are also dispatched within 1–2 working days, and are usually delivered within 3–5 working days after dispatch.
