Return Policy

We offer a 10-day return window, which means you have 10 days from the date of delivery to request a return. 

Please Note:- 

  • SALE products cannot be exchanged/returned.
  • Broken or unsealed products cannot be exchanged or returned.
  • Accessories cannot be exchanged or returned.

Return Eligibility:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as received

  • All original tags and packaging must be intact

  • Proof of purchase (invoice/receipt) is mandatory

  • In case of a defect in the product, we would require clear parcel opening videos or pictures.
  • If an incomplete product is received, we will require a clear unboxing video of the shipment to investigate and resolve the issue.

Refund Method (Gift Voucher Only):
Once your return is approved and successfully inspected, a Gift Voucher equivalent to the returned item’s value will be issued.

  • The gift voucher will be valid for 1 year from the date of issue

  • The voucher can be redeemed on our website for future purchases

  • No cash, bank, or original payment method refunds will be provided

How to Initiate a Return:

If your return is accepted, we will share the return instructions and shipping details.

Exception/non-returnable items: 

  1. Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
  2. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchange Policy

  1. Product Accuracy and Quality Checks: We strive to make our product listings as accurate and detailed as possible. All orders undergo multi-layer quality checks before dispatch to ensure they reach you in perfect condition.

Exchange Eligibility:

  1. Domestic Orders Only: Exchanges are available only for orders within India.
  2. Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and unworn. They should be returned with all original packaging and tags.
  3. Exclusions: Bags, home decor, and jewelry items are non-exchangeable unless defective. We do not accept exchange requests based on color differences or fabric material variations.

The item is eligible for a return/exchange request only once.

 Exchange Process:

  1. Request Submission: Contact us within 24-48 hours of delivery via email at care.womelle@gmail.com or call +91-9354052295. Alternatively, you can submit your exchange request on our website here.
  2. Direct Shipping (Optional): If you prefer to send the product yourself, our team will provide you with the shipping address. After dispatch, share the AWB number, courier company name, and POD with us. Please use reputable courier services, as we are not responsible for any loss during transit.
  3. Reverse Pickup: Once payment is received, our team will arrange for reverse pickup.
  4. Quality Inspection and Dispatch: After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will dispatch the new size within 7-10 working days. Only one exchange per order is allowed. If the requested size is unavailable, a credit note will be issued for the total amount of the item(s), valid for 90 days.

Cancellation Policy

  1. Customer Cancellations:
    1. Prepaid and COD Orders: You can cancel orders within 24 hours of placement. For prepaid and COD orders, we can issue a credit note or replace the item with another product of equal value.

  1. Womelle Cancellations:
    1. Reasons: We may cancel orders due to unavailability of materials, incorrect listings, or suspected fraudulent activities.
    2. Refunds: For prepaid orders canceled by us, the full amount will be refunded to the registered bank account. Customers will be notified via email.
  1. Cancellation Charges:
    1. Cancellations after placing prepaid orders will incur a 2-3% charge (payment gateway fees).

No exchanges or returns are applicable on international orders. For any size-related queries, please feel free to contact us before placing an order.

Credit Note Validity: Credit notes issued for cancellations or exchanges are valid for 90 days.
