You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Once your return is approved and successfully inspected, a Gift Voucher equivalent to the returned item’s value will be issued.
• The Gift Voucher will be valid for 1 year from the date of issue.
• It can be redeemed on our website for future purchases.
• No refunds will be issued in cash or to the original payment method (including bank or card payments).

Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers or plants), customised or personalised products, and personal-care items (such as beauty and hygiene products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases.
Unfortunately, SALE items and gift cards are also non-returnable.
We aim to ensure all product listings are as accurate and detailed as possible. Every order undergoes multi-layered quality checks prior to dispatch to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.

1. Request Submission: Contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery via email at care.womelle@gmail.com or call +91-9354052295. Alternatively, you may submit your exchange request directly via our website.
2. Direct Shipping (Optional): If you choose to return the item yourself, our team will provide the shipping address. Once dispatched, please share the AWB number, courier company name and POD. Kindly use reputable courier partners, as we are not liable for any loss or damage during transit.
3. Reverse Pickup: Once applicable payment is received, our team will arrange a reverse pickup.
4. Inspection & Replacement: After receiving and inspecting the product, the requested size will be dispatched within 7–10 working days.
5. Size Unavailability: If the requested size is unavailable, a Credit Note will be issued for the item value, valid for 90 days.
6. Alternative Resolution: If the exchanged size is out of stock, a Credit Note will be issued for the full item value, valid for 90 days.
7. Exchange Restriction: Only one exchange per order is allowed. If the new size is unavailable, a Credit Note will be issued for the full amount, valid for 90 days.
• Both prepaid and COD orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.
• A Credit Note or product replacement of equal value can be issued upon request.

We reserve the right to cancel orders due to material unavailability, incorrect listings or suspected fraudulent activity. Customers will be informed via email. For prepaid orders cancelled by us, the full amount will be refunded to the registered bank account.

• No exchanges, returns or cancellations apply to international orders.
